How you do anything is how you do everything.
My name is Donna, and I’m the creator and writer here. I’m married with two kids, I live in Charlotte, North Carolina (moved here from my hometown of Washington, DC). I’m the CEO of a successful company, and an avid blogger and technology geek.
moveeatworksleep is about life. My life and maybe yours too.
It’s about my journey to find optimal fitness in every realm of my life, whatever that means for me. It’s about clearing the clutter and clarifying what’s most important to me. Of course, that all starts with being fit. Fit in the sense that I am able to achieve at my personal best in every area of my life.
After much thought, I have concluded that this means that I have to do four things each day.
I have to move.
I have to eat.
I have to work.
I have to sleep.
I also have to give thanks.
If I do nothing else, I must do those things. So, this blog is about those things and how well (or not) I do them.
Because how you do anything is how you do everything.
And if I can move, eat, work, sleep and give thanks well, then I can do everything else well also, if I set my mind to it.
That’s the plan anyway.
